The NEPL/OERNL JV Scholarship is specifically offered to 100-level students of Nigerian tertiary institutions. 1. Host/Transit Communities Merit Award This category is strictly reserved for students who are indigenes of OANDO host or transit communities located at;
Rivers State Bayelsa State Delta State Imo State
Applicants in this category are required to prove their origin through the production of letters from their community’s Paramount Ruler and Community Development Committee (CDC) Chairman.
2. National Merit Award The National Merit Award category is open to Nigerians from non-host communities.
However, only students undertaking the following courses are eligible;
Engineering Geology Geosciences Agricultural Sciences

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants have to meet the following criteria to be considered for the scholarship;
Be a registered full undergraduate student of a recognized tertiary institution in Nigeria Be a registered 100-level student (freshman) in the Nigerian tertiary institution at the time of application.
Applicants Who Should Not Apply to
All students of 200 levels and above Recipients of similar scholarships from other firms or agencies. Children of staff of OANDO PLC and its subsidiaries
The meeting of these requirements is necessary for consideration, as failure to meet the base line may lead to automatic disqualification.
